The presentation on `Cultural Marxism’ traces the origin and history of Cultural Marxism, the various theories of CM including Neo-progressivism, Post modernism, post-colonialism, Post – structuralism, Feminism, LGBT, Secular humanism, Critical race theories etc. It also discusses the development of Frankfurt School and the various theorists associated with it like Herbert Marcuse and Jurgen Habermas. It also discusses Gramsci and Derrida’s Deconstruction theories. It concludes with New Left theories and the present emphasis on Wokism and Inter-sectionalities as well as the Manufacturing of Binaries in the Indian context.
Neo-Colonialism/Global Market Forces
The presentation on Global Market Forces was presented with a Neo-colonialism framework, it discusses the various verticals and facets of Neo-colonialism. It also traces the history of Neo-colonialism, the role of Church and the Westphalian treaty wherein the various denominations of the church demarcate their respective territories, the rise of modern nation-states, western hegemony in the conquering and loot of the world, slave trade etc. It also discusses the various companies, organs, organizations and wings and the agendas of the Deep State, and the control it exercises on the global affairs through rating agencies, media and academia etc.
